Shipping Fees / Handling Fees

Hong Kong

Orders within Hong Kong will be delivered by SF Express on a freight-collect basis. The delivery fee shall be paid by the customer directly to SF Express. Please contact SF Express for details of the applicable delivery charges.

Mainland China, Macau and Taiwan

Orders to Mainland China, Macau and Taiwan will generally be shipped by SF Express on a freight-collect basis. The delivery fee shall be paid by the customer directly to SF Express. Please contact SF Express for details of the applicable delivery charges.

Overseas Regions

For overseas orders, EMS airmail delivery is available.

• Asia: HK$380 per order
• Other regions: HK$780 per order

The actual delivery arrangement, available destinations and delivery time shall be subject to the latest arrangement of the postal service or relevant logistics provider.

Customers are advised to download the SF Express Hong Kong App in order to receive delivery and arrival notifications.

Payment Proof Upload Arrangement

For payments made by ATM, PayMe, FPS or Octopus, customers must provide a payment screenshot, deposit receipt or other relevant payment proof, and upload it through the message section of the relevant order in the online store system.

Please upload the payment proof within the specified time. If the payment proof is uploaded after the deadline, the order may be automatically cancelled by the system.

If the customer wishes to continue processing the order after the deadline, a valid transfer proof issued by the bank must be provided first. Even if such proof can be provided, if the delay exceeds a reasonable period and our store is unable to verify the relevant bank transaction records, we reserve the right not to continue processing the order.

Credit Card Payment

For credit card payments, please follow the instructions on the checkout page and complete the payment at the time of placing the order.

No additional payment proof is required for credit card payments once the transaction has been successfully completed through the system.
